Brie Stuffed Chicken Breast

chef karli miller has worked in the food and restaurant industry from the young age of 16, but her love for the kitchen began long before that. she has been cooking with her mother and grandmother since she was a little girl in youngstown, ohio. growing up in such an ethnically influenced culture exposed her a very diverse way to reach people's tastebuds. 

she is educated by the art institute of indianapolis where she takes part in the culinary arts program. karli has background in catering from being catering coordinator at panera bread where she solely consulted with guests on the needs for each individual event, prepared, delivered, and set up each order to the guests desires. she later became a manager at panera bread where she became certified in all available management specialty programs: including recruiting, scheduling, training, food cost, service,  conducted new hire orientation class, and trainer certification class. after leaving her 8 year experience at panera bread, she moved to cheddars casual cafe where she began serving and bartending, before quickly working her way up to supervising servers and interacting with guests. 

 

karli's dream is to show people that what the general public views as "good food", isn't exactly that. food can taste just as delicious without preservatives and additives and be better for the body. she believes in choosing locally grown, made from scratch products, and making each dish specifically for the person who will be enjoying it.
